Each year there are plenty of rookies that enter fantasy football drafts firmly on the radar of owners, and 2012 will be no different with Trent Richardson, Robert Griffin III, Justin Blackmon, Andrew Luck and Kendall Wright among those taken in the early rounds that are likely to be drafted in many leagues.
That said, there are others that have a chance to be drafted in fantasy leagues but more likely will land on the waiver wire in many leagues. Here is a look at some players, taken in the third round or later in the 2012 NFL Draft, that have the best chance to emerge as fantasy football contributors this fall.

It’s never too early to start analyzing the newest NFL players given that following the Draft they’ve now got places to call home. The top of the draft played out similar to the way it was expected to, with the Indianapolis Colts and Washington Redskins picking their quarterbacks of the future in Andrew Luck and Robert Griffin, respectively. However, there were also some surprises such as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers trading back but still picking a running back in the first round.
While there were many good picks what we’re focusing on today are top 10 skill position players, the players you’re going to want to look at drafting during your fantasy football drafts. Some should have immediate impacts while others may not possess much value until later in the season, or in some cases keeper leagues.

The Rams moved down twice and missed out on the top two receivers, Justin Blackmon of Oklahoma State and Michael Floyd of Notre Dame, and also bypassed needed offensive line help.
But they found a potential lead receiver to open the second round.
