We hope everyone is enjoying the off-season. Though in the NFL there really is no off-season. Whether it’s Free Agency, the Scouting Combine or the NFL Draft there is always fantasy football relevant news surfacing around the league.
With the NFL Draft just ending and football fresh in everybody’s mind, the time is now to build on the momentum and open up PRE-REGISTRATION for our 2010 Bruno Boys Fan Leagues. This will be the third years we are offering FAN LEAGUES to our members and we look forward to making this the best year yet. In 2009, we had three 12-team leagues and we are expecting the leagues to grow in popularity this season.
All leagues are created for and meant for you, the Bruno Boys fan and will be commissioned by our staff.
All leagues will be hosted on either Yahoo, ESPN or My Fantasy League. Once we finalize the gaming platform we will post it in this thread.
The WINNER of each league will get a prize at the end of the 2010 season. Prizes for the 2010 winners are to be announced, but we are thinking it’s time to create a trophy for each league. Last years winner received a free Fantasy Football Draft Board sponsored by http://www.commishkit.com .
Also, the winners will be receiving a FREE PRINTED copy of our 2010 Fantasy Football Rankings Magazine. This Magazine is usually only released as a PDF file online; however, if you win the FAN LEAGUE we will send you out a printed copy.
If you are interested in joining the 2010 Bruno Boys Fan League , please state your case for involvement in a forum post below. Also, make sure to state if you are interested in participating in a STANDARD OR PPR league. We will be running both leagues for the 2010 fantasy football season.

Hire Brad…. You are officially the first member to sign up for the 2010 Bruno Boys Fan Leagues. Glad to have you back for a third season and you know what they say…. the third times a charm!

Also I think a PPR would be awesome. Since the Football Season was basically year around for me, only because I slipped up the last 2 weeks of the season last year. A mistake that I will not make again. My Jets will kick BUTT this year and do will I. I hope you get that RS!

Last year I had a great fantasy run(won 2 money leagues and my UCF college fantasy league) with you’re guys help. I even won a shirt for guessing the WR with the most yards one week(wes welker against dolphins of course). You guys gotta let me in, I got cheated in the ESPN playoff challenge and I want revenge!

Terb Magic… thanks for pre-registering for the 2010 Bruno Boys Fan Leagues… congrats again on winning a free t-shirt on the Bruno Boys and perhaps you can do the same again this season….I wouldn’t call it being cheated out of the ESPN playoff challenge, instead you should call it poor decision making by the terb magic!

Funny Stuff… Steve Smith clearly did call you out Bret Farrell (terb magic)... Please explain what Smith was referring too… obviously he said you were a hater but what did you do to make him film a video to call you out?
i am a long time listener, first time caller. i joined here last season for all the tips and advice but failed to make the playoffs in my leagues. previous, i was always top 3 going into the post-season. i love talking football trash. if you cant handle it, get out of the kitchen.
i think the 49ers will win the div this year. and raiders are in a mess with their QB situation.
is that enough to join this elite club of FF fanatics?
basically, a friend of mine who is a die-hard Giants fan was in a contest where if you refer the most friends to Steve Smith on Facebook he wins a TV. So as the nice guy I am(this was a serious favor, cause mannnn I hate the giants) I joined his page. So now on my home page all I get are Steve Smith notificiations about how hes going to win the title and go into the hall of fame etc etc. But I start seeing about 1 in 3 posts are about him asking for money in some way(donate for this, invest in that). I finally had enough and started posting comments about how this isn’t steve smith and if anyone actually transfers this man money you just got played and are a fool. He private messages me saying it is actually him. I told him, I understand the Giants were awful last year, but have you quit so badly on your career that its time to start begging? 2 seconds later he posts this video and changes his status to “Why did Bret get so quiet all of a sudden?” Awesome.

MindTrix… thanks for being a first time caller. We are always looking for new contributors to the Forum and it’s nice to see a fresh face. Glad you like to bring the smack talk because I know a lot the returners like to talk trash as well.
Good call on the 49ers winning the divisions this year; however, I could see Seattle making a push and you can never rule the Cardinals out. Agree on the Raiders, though I feel that Jason Campbell could lead to some type of consistency at the position. Though the receiving corps in Oakland is struggling.
And I’m not sure Purple Jesus is overrated.. 2010 will be his fourth season and he will eventually start hanging onto the football.
I’d love to be in one of the BB leagues (preferably Standard). I discovered Bruno Boys at the beginning of last season, and I pretty much lived here for the next 5 months. I owe both my FF wins last year to the Bruno Boys Nation. Thanks guys, and I look forward to taking you down next year.
