The 2019 NFL season is now 10 weeks old and there is still enough time to start picking up people from your fantasy football waiver wire. Every year a no name blows up in Week 1 and ends up being a top-20 fantasy football player over the remainder of the season. So, instead of letting your competition beat you to the punch, use your fantasy football waiver wire to find the next big thing.
Let’s get things started by taking a look at some fantasy football waiver wire wide receivers for Week 11.
DeVante Parker, WR, Miami Dolphins
Parker didn’t score a touchdown in Week 10 against the Indianapolis Colts, but he did have five receptions for 69 yards on 10 targets. He has now scored or topped 50 yards in all but one game this season (both three times), with 34 targets over the last four games since Ryan Fitzpatrick was re-installed as the starter.
With the prospect of being shadowed by Tre’Davious White, it’s not a very good matchup for Parker against the Buffalo Bills in Week 11. But things will ease slightly against the Cleveland Browns in Week 12, before favorable matchups against the Philadelphia Eagles, New York Jets, New York Giants and Cincinnati Bengals from Week 13-Week 16.
Despite being solid all season, and now with increased target volume, Parker remains underowned. Go get him as a WR3 with WR2 upside in 12-team leagues.
