The 2019 NFL season is now 6 weeks old and it’s time to start streaming defenses from your fantasy football waiver wire. Unless you own a top-5 defense, you are better off finding the best option each week from your fantasy football waiver wire. So, instead of letting your competition beat you to the punch, use your fantasy football waiver wire to find the team defense that is going to help you win your matchup.

Let’s get things started by taking a look at some fantasy football waiver wire team defenses that could help your team in Week 7.

Tennessee Titans, D/ST

The Titans’ offense was shut out by the Denver Broncos in Week 6, and a quarterback switch seems all but certain. But the defense has been quite good, if overlooked, allowing less than 20 points in five of six games this season with at least three sacks in four of six contests. In the coming weeks, this unit has some untapped upside.

Tennessee gets the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 7, who are struggling to protect Philip Rivers as he has thrown four interceptions over his last two games. Then in Week 8 the Titans get the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, with Jameis Winston coming off throwing five interceptions in their last game. Even the Carolina Panthers in Week 9 looks like a solid matchup, regardless of who might be under center.

The Titans’ defense has pushed over 75 percent ownership in ESPN leagues, but for some reason a big chunk of owners in Yahoo! leagues dropped them heading into Week 6. It’s time to buy-in, while the other owners in your league aren’t paying attention.

ESPN Ownership: 76.1%
