It’s time to put the right players forward and keep the ball rolling. Seasoned fantasy players know about the studs and chalky plays so at Bruno Boys we try to help wade through the matchups on those tougher decisions, or point out when there’s a great matchup that you should go all-in on.

The complete NFL package is getting clearer and clearer with each passing week  and we are getting a stronger sense of the teams that are tough defensively and what each team is capable of offensively. Injuries have added to the challenge and we are dealing with a lot of backups, handcuffs and replacements that we need to see a larger sample size.

Still, we feel very strong about these recommendations and you should use them to help guide you to your starting lineup.

Here are your Week 4 Fantasy Football Team Defenses to Sit.

Tennessee Titans Team Defense at Atlanta Falcons

These are two teams that are on par at a quick glance but at least when it comes to defense vs. offense, are headed in opposite directions. After a hot start to the season, the Titans have been losing their pass rush, also the play of their secondary has fallen off.

It’s a bad combo to happen and if you give Matt Ryan time to throw, especially this season where he’s thrown over 300 yards in three straight week, you’re in trouble. The Falcons have scored over 20 points in the last two games and cleaned up the turnovers last week. If that carries into Week 4, playing at home, I see the tides shifting towards a second win for the Falcons.
