WR Sits: Michael Gallup, Dallas Cowboys vs. Washington Football Team
Out of all of the Cowboys receivers, no one has seen a decline post Dak Prescott’s injury as bad as Gallup. He always seemed like he was on the cusp of a great week but just missed on a big play, a penalty or the bad end of a booth review. Still, the last time he saw significant targets was in Week 8 and 9, but even with 19 combined targets in both of those games, Gallup had just 10 receptions combined for 97 scoreless yards. Unless you have in in PPR he’s just not doing it this year with one touchdown. The Football Team is a tougher matchup for second and third-option receivers, and CeeDee Lamb continues to get targets each week. Call up Gallup’s number in Week 14, but this week, he’s on the bench.
