The 2020 NFL season is now 9 weeks old and it’s time to start streaming defenses from your fantasy football waiver wire. As we discussed in our preseason and weekly rankings, unless you own one of the few top tier defenses, you are better off finding the best option each week from your leagues waiver wire. Instead of letting your competition beat you to the punch, immediately after reading our team defenses to stream article head over to your league and put your waiver wire claims in for Week 10.

Remember, often times these team defenses to stream we are suggesting are for one week only. If we like a defense long-term, or in a different week than the current one, we will make sure to let you know.

Tennessee Titans, D/ST

The Titans’ defense has not been good, with at least 27 points allowed in five of their seven games. They have gone back-to-back games without sack, and if not for three interceptions in Week 7 they would have zero or negative fantasy points (Yahoo! scoring) in three straight games. A get-right opportunity is coming in Week 9.

The Chicago Bears scored 23 points against the New Orleans Saints in Week 8, but Nick Foles was sacked five times and he’s been sacked at least three times in three of his last four games. Foles has also thrown at least one interception in all five of his starts, and last week’s 23 points is tied for the most the Bears have scored in those five games.

Tennessee’s defense should probably not be owned in even as many fantasy leagues as it is. But in the streaming conversation they’re up their this week, as targeting Foles behind a bad offensive line is a solid bet.
