Gone are the days of drafting a top tier defense and not worrying about them all year. Streaming your defense has become the normal in fantasy football nowadays.
That said there are still a few premier defenses that fantasy owners should target for their roster. Look for the Los Angeles Rams, Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens to lead the pack with the Washington Football Team, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and San Francisco 49ers defenses to have some quality games as well. The rest, go with the normal and play matchups.
