Michael Carter, New York Jets vs. Miami Dolphins

While not as bad as Carter’s Jets against the run, the Dolphins have had some rough weeks of their own against the run. For the first seven weeks of the season, a running back either went over 100 yards or scored against the Dolphins in every game. Only recently have the Dolphins turned up the defensive intensity and kept their last three opponents’ backs out of the end zone and under 35 yards rushing.

That wouldn’t scare us off from starting Carter though. The rookie back has scored in four of his last six games and even though the door at quarterback continues to revolve, Carter is getting his work in and is involved in the offense multiple ways.
