Who to start and who to sit? That’s the question that plagues everyone who plays fantasy football on a weekly basis?
It’s the one question you need to answer right in order to do well in this crazy game of fantasy. Will you get it right all the time? No, because football will surprise you, especially if you buy into the adage: On any given Sunday, any team can beat any other team. But relax, we’re here to help you work through those decisions with as much information as you need to be confident in a decision you can stand by.
Here are the Week 4 Fantasy Football Quarterbacks to Sit.
At Bruno Boys our quarterback starts look at the line that separates QB1s and QB2s week to week, we consider the super flex and two-quarterback leagues out there that need to know if it’s safe to trot out Jameis Winston for a week or bring out rookie Zach Wilson.
Ryan Tannehill, Tennessee Titans at New York Jets
As of Thursday afternoon, A.J. Brown seems unlikely to play in Week 4. That opens up a huge opportunity for Julio Jones to get all of the targets and action against the Jets, only it’s very unclear what his status is going to be given that he didn’t play in the entire last quarter of the Titans’ Week 3 game. So in a worst case scenario, Tannehill is passing to Chester Rogers or is handing off the ball to Derrick Henry 90 percent of the time. The latter is what is likely to happen.
Also in the path of least resistance, the Jets are making life quite difficult for opposing quarterbacks. Only one passing touchdown has been caught against this defense as opposed to four rushing touchdowns by opposing running backs. Either way, it doesn’t seem like a smart play to start Tannehill.
