Gainwell has led the Eagles in rushing during the playoffs in two straight games. Jalen Hurts is running the ball, and so is Miles Sanders. We cannot forget Boston Scott as a threat in the red zone, but Gainwell’s success cannot be overlooked. As a role player, Gainwell has rushed for at least 20 yards eight times. To me, this is an easy bet to make, and Gainwell could beat it after four or five touches. - Jerick McKinnon will rush UNDER 5.5 attempts (-112 SugarHouse) against the Eagles
What do the Chiefs do with McKinnon and how much will they use him? That’s the most interesting question for me. Because he’s been a terror in the red zone, but they’ve backed off using him in the playoffs in that capacity. As we stated earlier, Pacheco was a surprise revelation in the AFC Championship. McKinnon has been used more as a rusher though in the playoffs, averaging 7.5 attempts. But that’s where Edwards-Helaire is going to impact the game, taking those relief carries away from McKinnon. - Jerick McKinnon will score a touchdown (+190 DraftKings) against the Eagles
Does that mean that McKinnon will be minimized? No. Andy Reid and Eric Bienemy will find a way to get the ball to a player who has scored 10 touchdowns for them. It will be when the defense is keying in on Travis Kelce or Pacheco, but McKinnon will get red zone touches.
