Welcome, Bruno Boys Nation to the Week 4 of the 2022 NFL Season! Along with the variety of fantasy football formats, we cover Player Prop bets. So in case you just want some quick action for the weekend, Ernie Estrella is tackling Player Prop betting during the season. He will break down the wiser bets for five players (2 in-depth, 3 quick) at quarterback, running back and wide receiver, based on how he sees the game script going.
Week 4 Wide Receivers / Tight Ends
Gabe Davis will receiver OVER 3.5 receptions (-115 Caesars) against the Ravens
Start Time: Sunday, October 2, M&T Bank Stadium 1:00pm ET
Broadcast: CBS Sports / Paramount + / NFL
First off, Davis will play today (ankle) and that’s a sigh of relief. Davis has been slowed down by his injury to start the season but we feel he’s ready for a breakout. He’s only had a handful of receptions in Weeks 1 and 3, but we are believing he’ll be able to get at least four receptions on this young secondary of the Ravens. Baltimore is giving up the most fantasy points to the wide receiver group and teams are testing their inexperience deep down the field.
Now, we know that Stefon Diggs is having a great season so far, and this offense is so explosive. So much so that Isaiah McKenzie is getting a lot more opportunities than expected, but that’s mostly because of Davis’ injury. Davis nearly salvaged his Week 3 performance with a touchdown but dropped it. He’ll redeem himself in Week 4 and catch OVER 3.5 receptions.
