9. Trey Lance, QB, San Francisco at Chicago Bears
I’m not convinced that Lance is worthy of being the starter in San Francisco. There’s even less confidence starting him in fantasy. But this Week 1 matchup is pure charity for his fantasy owners. The Bears have rookies CB Kyler Gordon and SS Jaquan Brisker starting to infuse some young talent into the secondary. They’ll be tested with Deb Samuel, George Kittle and Brandon Aiyuk. Don’t be shocked to see Lance keep it himself as he’s a sleeper as a dual threat QB.
