1. Michael Gallup, WR, Dallas Cowboys at Green Bay Packers
Gallup is churning through the 2022 season, trying to come back from his ACL tear a year ago and so far, like Godwin, he’s not 100 percent back. He’s caught 12-of-23 targets for 135 yards and one score. That’s over the course of five straight weeks leading into this game.
Meanwhile, the Packers pass defense maintains their strong presence against receivers, even though the rest of their defense is struggling. They’ve allowed just two 100-yard games, while most receivers they’ve faced have five or less receptions for under 55 yards. 13 different receivers fall under those stats while there are only five who played better than that low bar. A more stacked team might have bucked the trend, but this group just isn’t there with Gallup still working his way back slowly.
