1. DeAndre Hopkins, Arizona Cardinals at Denver Broncos
Here’s another potential defensive grudge match as the Cardinals have the good fortune of playing Russell Wilson and the Broncos get Arizona backup Colt McCoy, who had a pickle of a times getting in rhythm with Hopkins and Marquise Brown. It’s the toughest matchup for any receiving corps and it’s because of excellent cornerback and safety play. That said, it’s hard to sit Hopkins down when you consider how good he is week to week. usually, he’s worth the start no matter who his opponent is, but with the prospect of McCoy under center, who did not handle pressure well last week, we doubt Hopkins will have his usual WR1/WR2 numbers. Then you add to the equation that he’ll be pitted against Patrick Surtain II and you have a recipe for fantasy letdown.
