NBA Basketball Prediction: Warriors vs. Nets

We’ve introduced sports betting to the Bruno Boys website at the start of the NFL season, however we are now taking it one step further with the addition of NBA betting to our lineup of weekly articles.

At last the NBA is back, (even though it was the shortest off season ever). NBA fans will be looking forward to the double header tonight with two great matchups on the schedule.

I particularly have my eyes set on the Golden State Warriors at Brooklyn Nets. Kevin Durant faces off against Steph Curry and his old team and finally gets to play along side Kyrie Irving.

With that being said I don’t really like to bet opening nights, there are too many unknowns in play, especially with a shortened pre season.

I do however, see great value in betting the total on this game, on top of a lot new faces on both teams that haven’t played much together, I could also see these teams shaking off some rust here.

I know both squads have high tempo offenses but I’d like to think with the gifted athletes on both sides of the ball tonight, getting back on defense and preventing those running fast break opportunities shouldn’t be too much to ask for.

This line opened up at 222.5 and we have now seen a trend towards the total under as it currently sits around 233. This is opening night and like I mentioned there a lot of unknowns. I’m treading lightly here with only a 1 unit play but I do see great value in the total under 233.
