Rondale Moore, WR, Arizona Cardinals
Even Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury can’t fully explain Moore’s usage last season, and he has professed to change that. A sub 1.5 average depth of target is, horrifying (as described by Denny Carter of NBC Sports Edge), the Purdue product is capable of more.
The Cardinals will also be without DeAndre Hopkins, and his healthy target share, for the first six weeks as he serves a performance-enhancing drug suspension. Marquise Brown and Zach Ertz will benefit from those open opportunities, and Moore should too.
Following Week 1 against the Kansas City Chiefs, the Cardinals have two more potential shootouts against the Las Vegas Raiders (Week 2) and the Los Angeles Rams (Week 3).
Moore has the most appeal in PPR formats, but there is potential volume to back up that value and appeal until proven otherwise.
