DeVante Parker, WR, New England Patriots

Parker has been an underachiever since the Dolphins took him in the first round of the 2015 draft. He has just one season with over 800 yards in his career, and two with more than 60 catches. But he’s getting a needed change of scenery with an offseason trade to the Patriots, and an interesting combination of size, speed and contested catch ability remains in place.

Much has been made of who will call the offensive plays for the Patriots. But one thing is clear, even in what looks to be a conservative offense once again-there’s an opportunity for Parker to get No. 1 receiver-style target share.

Parker will get a revenge game angle right away in Week 1 against the Dolphins. But leaving that aside, he’s worth a look as an add in leagues with 12 or more teams.
