Terrace Marshall Jr., WR, Carolina Panthers

Marshall had three catches for a team-high 53 yards and his first career touchdown against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday. The departure of Robbie Anderson opened up an opportunity for him, and he has topped 50 yards in each of the last two games with a total of 15 targets. In three straight games, the second-year man has had at least an 86 percent snap share. He has had over a 90 percent snap share in each of the last two games.

Marshall’s touchdown catch came from Baker Mayfield, so any potential (likely?) quarterback change for Carolina should not hurt him. According to Pro Football Focus, the Panthers have a top-10 schedule for fantasy wide receivers from here rigth through the fantasy playoffs.

Marshall is easy to set aside as a fantasy waiver wire add, given a perceived lack of upside. But opportunity is king in fantasy football, and he’s got that firmly in his corner.
