Zay Jones, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars

Jones had eight catches for 68 yards (on 10 targets) against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 10. Heading into a Week 11 bye, he posted at least nine full PPR fantasy points in four of five games. In nine games this season, he has had at least five targets seven times with double-digit targets three times and eight or more targets five times.

From Week 12-14, the Jaguars will face defenses who entered Week 11 allowing the sixth (Baltimore Ravens), seventh (Detroit Lions) and third (Tennessee Titans)-most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers (Yahoo!, 0.5-point PPR). Week 15 against the Dallas Cowboys is trending in the direction of a favorable matchup lately, and Week 17 against the Houston Texans is not a daunting matchup.

Jones has not scored since Week 3, so his value and waiver wire appeal is greater in PPR formats. But he’s a viable WR3/WR4 in that context, and worth a look in PPR leagues with 12 or more teams.
