Tyler Boyd, WR, Cincinnati Bengals

Boyd had six catches for 132 yards and a touchdown against the Carolina Panthers, and over the last two games he has 12 receptions (16 targets) for 123 yards with a touchdown in each game.

A.J. Green went out of Sunday’s game early in the second half with a groin injury and did not return. If he misses next week’s game against the Atlanta Falcons, who have allowed five wide receiver touchdowns over their last two games, Boyd would become Andy Dalton’s top target in a game with shootout potential.

Boyd has left John Ross in the dust as Cincinnati’s No. 2 wide receiver, and he’s pushing into weekly starter territory in 12-team leagues as the Bengals’ offense continues to roll.  Yet, for a least another week, fantasy owners have been slow to fully buy into what could be the start of a third year breakout. When bye weeks really get going, Boyd is lined up to be an asset.
