Aaron Rodgers has finally found a tight end he can trust and the Packers offense is rolling because of this. Tonyan had five receptions for 50 yards and a touchdown in Week 3 against the New Orleans Saints, which surely made fantasy managers aware he also scored in Week 2. With Allen Lazard (core muscle) out indefinitely and Davante Adams (hamstring) out again in Week 4, the Packers were thinned at wide receiver and featured Tonyan once again.

The Atlanta Falcons, entered the week allowing the second-most fantasy points to tight ends (Yahoo! scoring) and they let Tonyan torch them for 98 receiving yards and 3 touchdowns on 6 receptions.
It’s safe to say that after three straight good games Tonyan has a bunch of staying power and he is developing into Rodgers’ go-to red zone target. Be aware of a Week 5 bye for the Packers but make sure Tonyan is picked up in all league sizes and scoring formats.
