Each week throughout the year, our new resident NFL betting expert, Bahama Dom, will be giving you his insight into his top 4 NFL betting picks.

If you didn’t tail Bahama Dom’s picks in Week 3, you missed out on a lot of money and really need to figure it out. He was a perfect 4-0 in Week 3 and it wasn’t even close. His first win came in Foxboro with the New England Patriots smacking the Oakland Raiders in the mouth and dominating the second half. New England was 6 point favorites and won the game by 16 points. Another early slate sports betting winner came when the Pittsburgh Steelers covered the 3.5 points in their touchdown victory over the 0-3 Houston Texans. After a 2-0 morning all eyes turned to the Over 55.5 points in the Dallas Cowboys at Seattle Seahawks game. By kickoff the O/U under was up to 57.5 points but it really didn’t matter. The Seahawks won 38-31 and this game was a winner by the middle of 4th quarter. And to complete the perfect week, Bahama Dom backed the Chiefs +3.5 on Monday night and this one was over by halftime. The Chiefs were dogs against the Baltimore Ravens but built a 27-10 lead at half time and never looked back.

Overall Win-Loss Record:
Week 1: 2-2 (-.22 units)
Week 2: 3-1 (+1.83 units)
Week 3: 4-0 (+4.00 units)
------------
Overall: 9-3 (+5.61 units)

Sports betting fans should check back weekly as we chronicle his journey into making you degenerates some serious money. $100 p/unit bettors would be up $561 on the season. $200 p/unit bettors would be up $1,122.

Now, let’s get to the Week 4 NFL picks from your very own, Bahama Dom.

New Orleans Saints at Detroit Lions (1:00pm ET)

The Saints and Lions are heading into this Week 4 matchup with identical records of 1-2. New Orleans is on a two game skid dropping games on the road to Las Vegas Raiders and at home to Green Bay Packers. The Lions won their first game of the year last week on the road with a last second field goal by Matt Prater to upend the previously unbeaten Arizona Cardinals. The Detroit defense forced 3 turnovers, and had a well balanced attack with a revitalized Adrian Peterson running the ball, as well as 9 different receivers catching a pass.

This week, New Orleans may be getting some playmakers back with Michael Thomas pounding the table to come back early, as well as Marcus Davenport, who is New Orleans’ pass rushing specialist. The Saints are not going to turn the ball over 3 times like Arizona did, and Alvin Kamara is making his claim as the best back in the league. New Orleans is in a must win, in my opinion, and will be pulling out all the stops. NOLA is 16-9 ATS as a road favorite since 2015. Back the Saints minus the points in this one.

Pick: Saints -4 (-110 at DraftKings)

Arizona Cardinals at Carolina Panthers (1:00pm ET)

Kyler Murray did not have his finest hour this past week vs Detroit. The young QB threw three picks and just never looked comfortable. Carolina had there way with the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 3 and Teddy Bridgewater won his first game as signal caller for the Panthers despite RB Christian McCaffrey being out with a high ankle sprain. The Panthers defense gave up a lot of yards a week ago but only 16 on the scoreboard, where it counts the most. A true bend but not break performance, as well as forcing 3 turnovers of their own.

In Week 4 you can expect Murray to focus on ball security and I think will spread the ball a bit more to take advantage of some favorable matchups. Larry Fitzgerald was quiet last week with only 3 targets, and if Christian Kirk is active there is to many playmakers on that side of the ball for Arizona to not cover the points in this one.

Pick: Cardinals -3.5 (+100 at William Hill)

Seattle Seahawks at Miami Dolphins (1:00pm ET)

Russell Wilson is on an absolute tear this season. He threw for another 5 touchdowns, and should have been 6 had not been for a Desean Jackson like blunder by DK Metcalf, getting stripped at the goal line as he showboated into the endzone. The Dolphins won easily in a battle of Florida over the Jacksonville Jaguars last Thursday night. Ryan Fitzpatrick had his best game of the season starting with 12 straight completions, the game was never really close.

The Seahawks are a title contender there’s no doubt in my mind, with the MVP front runner to boot. So it makes perfect sense to play the Dolphins on Sunday +6.5. The Seattle defense is definitely the weak link of the club and Fitzpatrick is going to keep it a ball game. He let one get away Week 1 against New England but has been trending in the right direction, the long week will pay dividends.

Pick: Dolphins +6.5 (-110 at William Hill)

**Editors Note: The Patriots vs. Chiefs game will be postponed to either Monday, Tuesday or a different date due to COVID-19 positive tests for both teams. We will keep you posted, and if it counts as a Week 4 game, it will count toward our overall ATS record.

New England Patriots vs. Kansas City Chiefs (Monday 10/7 or Tuesday 10/8)

The matchup between the last two Super Bowl Champions is going to look a lot different than the last time these teams faced off. Bill Belichick and Andy Reid are two Hall of Fame coaches and this game will not have a shortage of fireworks. The Chiefs have so much power on offense with playmakers, and speed like no other. The Patriots are no slouch either scoring 30, and 36 the last two weeks.

This game is going to be high scoring and Cam Newton wasn’t used much as a runner in Week 3, so I fully expect the quarterbacks legs to be fresh if need be. The Chiefs defense is 6th in scoring but 27th in rush defense. That plays into the New England’s favor and although rushing usually tends to more time of possession and lower totals, I think this is going to lead to play action chunk plays. We are not taking a side in this one, but the over is the play and hopefully the final winner in what should be another profitable week for all of the followrs!

Pick: Over 53 points (-110 at William Hill)
