Todays featured article will be focused on Americas Game of the Week as the Dallas Cowboys head to Minnesota to take on the streaking Minnesota Vikings.
The Cowboys come into this matchup after a tough loss against Green Bay in week 10. In a stacked NFC East this one looks to be a must win if the Cowboys want any chance at the division title. With arguably the toughest test on the season today. On the flip side of the coin the Vikings are the hottest team in the NFL, and they will be on their home field for this game. Winners of 7 straight and holding a commanding 4.5 game lead over the next best in that NFC North division.
Dating back to 2016 the series is 3-1 in favor of the Dallas Cowboys. Each game decided by 4 or less points. A stat that sticks out to me is the road teams are 4-0. The last time Minnesota has beaten the Cowboys at home you need to time travel 12 years back in 2010. Obviously, these teams were completely different back then. That was then and this is now, and right now it would be hard to take anyone against these Vikings.
The team chemistry sticks out more than anything when you look at this Minnesota team. A train is motion stays in motion. Vegas oddsmakers have the Vikings sitting as a home underdog after 7 straight wins. Something just doesn’t smell right with this one. Thankfully that’s why teasers are available.
